電影女主角的嗅覺很敏鋭，是一個專業調香師。

她在事業的高峰時替有名香水品牌研發香水。

後因一些工作失誤導致事業江河日下，

事業最低潮時更短暫失去了嗅覺。

當她的人生和事業都到達崩潰邊緣時，

他的新僱用的司機以一個局外人的身份，

向她提供面對生活的勇氣和動力，重新發展其事業。

女主角是一個專業調香師，

也可說是一個嗅覺藝術家。

嗅覺藝術家失去嗅覺，

等於失去了她的創作能力。

藝術生命可以因此而終結，非常恐怖，

波斯密語 Vadim Perelman 導演 (2021上演)

故事講述主角是猶太人，

在1942年納粹軍佔領下的法國時。

和其他猶太人一同被納粹黨衛軍士兵逮捕。

他向警衛誓稱自己不是猶太人，

而是波斯人，因而沒被處死刑。

但集中營的營長要主角教他學波斯語。

主角自創一個創造「波斯語」單詞的方法，

每天教授營長，得以保命。

他總共教了他2000多個單字。

但這些單字，只有他兩個人能明白，

如同兩個人的溝通密碼。

真正的波斯人是不知所云的。

溝通密碼不可以被外人發覺或破解，

無論那些密碼是假象抑或真相。

此電影講述兩個文青男女主角（菅田將暉和有村架純飾演）

相遇相戀同居及至分手的故事。

男女主角在大學畢業前相遇相戀，

然後同居；

這是因人生進入不同階段所產生愛情改變的典型劇情，

只是場景設置在當下的社會環境及文化，

所以電影很有生活感。

其實又不算短。
